Thermax offers Speciality Tulsion® range of insoluble, polymeric catalysts for various processes in different industries. Tulsion® catalyst resins are available in hydrogen form as well as in hydroxyl form. The former is used as catalyst for reactions that are normally catalysed by mineral acids where the latter is used for base catalysed reactions. Ion exchange resins are widely used as catalysts in heterogeneous catalysis.

Tulsion® catalyst can be used in agitated reactors as well as in continuous fixed bed reactors.
