Today, TECC has, at its disposal, all the required construction equipment to match modern technology, backed by well-trained, dedicated staff. Augmentation and regular upgrades of resources is a continuous process at TECC.
We have well equipped workshop facility for assembly of Export Boilers at Mundra Port in Gujarat. At a time five number of boilers can be assembled at this facility to meet theexport demands.
Mundra – Thermax SEZ unit is a facility where we are assembling the high capacityboilers and shipping from Mundra port to various countries in Gulf, Africa & Europe. TECC has completed assembly of seven high capacity floor mounted boilers (HCFM) units, one flue gas cooler (FGC) and two off gas boiler assemblies at the existing facility.
Thermax believes that complying with the rules and regulations of State and Central governments is critical to ensure the smooth functioning of its business.
All relevant statutory records are maintained at the construction project sites, including labour license and renewal thereof.
The company also ensures that all workmen and supervisors are covered either under ESIC or Workmen Compensation Policy.
Senior personnel also regularly undertake site visits to audit compliance levels and to initiate appropriate corrective action as required to ensure compliance at all sites.
TECC ensures all activities relating to erection, testing and commissioning of boiler pressure parts are carried out according to IBR guidelines.
Necessary approvals are taken at every stage, and inspections are carried out by the concerned State Boiler Directorate during the entire construction process.
The fact that compliance with IBR is directly monitored by the company’s top management, is testimony to the seriousness with which this particular aspect is viewed.
TECC has been approved by Chief Inspectorate of Boilers (CIB) of Maharshtra, Gujarat, and Orissa and necessary IBR approvals are being obtained in other states as per requirement.
