Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP)
The flagship product of Thermax APC, ESP is suitable for the precipitation of solid particles and ideal for boilers that have a capacity above 4 tonnage per hour (tph).
We provide ESPs of two types:
Dry ESP for hot process exhaust (50 – 450 degree Celsius) that operate above the dew point of the gas stream.
Wet ESP for special application system, used for filtering wet sticky, tarry, and oily particulate matter.

Thermax Fabric Filter gas cleaning systems or Bag Filters are capable of handling 100+ types of particulate matter.
We provide Bag Filters of two types, supported by freestanding online and modular offline type units.
Pulse Jet Bag Filters - Thermax patented and equipped with a pulsing system, it delivers the benefits of reduced compressed air consumption and power savings.
Reverse Air Bag House - commissioned for carbon black, cement kiln, and sponge iron de-dusting applications.
