Thermax has very robust Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) programs through which entry level talent is inducted into the organization. The GET program is over 40 years old and has a legacy of producing many of our current Business Unit Leaders.

Thermax Organization and People Development (TOPD) is a structured framework to spot and develop talent from within the company and help in succession planning.

We offer vacations to employees and their families at our holiday homes across locations like Mahabaleshwar, Ooty, Goa and Manali. We celebrate several events with our employees, helping them to bond better. The festivals are celebrated with a lot of fervor and enthusiasm. Picnics and treks are regular features for our people. The Bhathena Foundation organizes an array of activities for children of employees. This includes nature trails, summer camps and workshops for children.

Fresh out of college and realization dawns on you, about the anxieties and uncertainties on your first job, away from your familiar college campuses. Thermax ensured that this transition was undemanding and enjoyable. Joining as a fresher in one of the biggest market players in the Energy and Environment business, it was easy to get lost in the mix of things as a drop in an ocean. With amazing work culture, and wonderful people who are always willing to guide you, my overall experience has been delightful.

It has almost been a year since I have joined Thermax and it has been a wonderful journey since then. After coming to the office, we were given ample time to settle down and get used to the office environment. My colleagues here are very friendly and welcoming.
